5- Year Warranty and Guarantee Coverage

All Mysa beds guarantee and warranty periods commence from the date of delivery. If you believe your bed or mattress may be faulty, please contact our dedicated customer service team for guidance and to arrange an inspection.

All models within the Mysa beds and mattress range are covered by a five-year warranty, offering protection against defects arising from faulty materials or workmanship. This warranty applies to all beds, excluding clearance items or cases where beds or mattresses are sold separately and used with a non-approved base or an unsuitable mattress. Should any bed or mattress be found to have such faults within the first five years, we will provide a free repair or replacement.

Terms and Conditions

The warranty or guarantee will not apply in the following situations:

The product has been soiled or stained in any way.
The product was damaged accidentally after delivery.
The product has been jumped on or damaged due to improper use.
The product has been used commercially or misused.
The mattress has been bent or folded in a way that causes damage to the spring system.

Additional Information:

The 5-year warranty applies only to purchases made on or after 12th September 2023.

For purchases made between 13th March 2022 and 11th September 2023, a 3-year warranty applies.

For purchases made before 13th March 2022, a 1-year warranty applies.

    • We will make every reasonable effort to match fabrics and colours during a repair or replacement. However, an exact match cannot be guaranteed.

      If a repair or replacement is not feasible, we will offer you the option to select an alternative product. If the chosen replacement is more expensive than the nearest equivalent, the difference in cost must be covered by the customer.

      This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase may be required.

      Please note that this guarantee applies only within our standard delivery areas across mainland UK.
